Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Knicks' Sneakers - White / Blue

The Air Jordan 3 'Knicks' is inspired by one of Michael Jordan's greatest on-court rivals, the New York Knicks. With their swarming defense and take-no-prisoners style, the Knicks were a constant thorn in the side of Jordan's Chicago Bulls through the late '80s and '90s.

Of their many classic matchups, one game inspired this design: the 1987-88 season 'Virus Game', when Jordan battled through a nasty stomach virus to score 47 points and lead the Bulls to victory. An inner tongue graphic reading 04.08.88 marks the date.

The upper features a white tumbled leather base with signature elephant print around the toe, mudguard and eyelets. A blue sockliner, matching blue hits on the eyelets and tongue, and Air Jordan branding on the heel complete the look, all sitting on a black, grey and white outsole with classic AJ3 branding.
